Ah, yes. Prah-duuuuck-tivity.
Did you know taking breaks can actually help you with productivity. Taking a quick walk, doing yoga, sitting still, breathing deeply, or having a cup of tea can all help with your productivity. It helps your brain reset and clear the gunk. An overworked or weary brain can keep you from focusing on your work. Which means doing something that feels soothing and lighthearted is the best way to relax the mind.
We ALL want to get LOTS of things done, SO…lets take a quick “breather”!
